Sage Smudge Stick

how to use: Light one end of the Sage bundle until the flame ignores.  Blow the flame out until the embers are creating smoke from The smudge stick.  Keep the stick raised in the air as you walk around the designated room you are smudging.  To put it out, place it into a bowl of dirt or sand to extinguish the lit end.  For best results, open a window to allow the wind to provide airflow.
