Refunds & Return Policy
We are a small business & unfortunately, due to our type of products and timing, we do not accept returns or refunds once your order has been shipped. In the case you would like to cancel before your item is shipped, we refund the remaining balance minus up to $10. Depending on payment charges incurred. Orders cancelled from your order dashboard or confirmation, within 15 minutes, are free of charge.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our company, we are unable to send replacements due to “missing” packages. Missing or lost packages, must be handled through the USPS or UPS system, as all packages have a tracking number for this potential problem. Subscription boxes require a minimum 2-month commitment before canceling, as it is a discounted box. You can cancel from your membership portal found from the home menu: https://balanceyourinnerg.com/account/login
