Siberian Ginseng, Sage, Ashwagandha, Maca, Peppermint, Rosemary, Jasmine Tea, Reishi Mushroom, Bacopa Monnieri, Rose petals, Honeysuckle
Recommended serving: 1 -2 tsp. per 8-12 oz. You can add a natural sweetener of your choice to sweeten it or it can be drank without. This tea can be steeped for 5-7 minutes for immediate use and up to a few hours for maximum benefit.
