Primary Ingredients:: Hibiscus, Red Leaf Raspberry, Cinnamon, Ginger, Chasteberry

Recommended serving: 1 -2 tsp. per 8-12 oz. You can add a natural sweetener of your choice to sweeten it or it can be drank without. This tea can be steeped for 7-10 minutes for immediate use and up to a few hours for maximum benefit.
