I harvested this Contribo batch in Belize during my trip. Contribo is an old herb used by many indigenous and indie black Americans to help with the following:

• congestion 
• cough
• flu
• Blood flow
• energy/fatigue
• Constipation/Indigestion 

IT ONLY TAKES A LITTLE TO GO A LONG WAY! Simply boil a piece in water or mix with your herbal tea with some honey and lemon.
